Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks. If you need your custom portrait by a specific date, please be sure to let me know (rush fees may apply depending on your deadline).
After you’ve placed your order, I'll follow up with you via email with your confirmed order and an expected completion & shipping date.
Please be ready to email several high quality photos of your home to rachelhoeberart@gmail.com.
Please make sure the photos portray the angle of the home you'd like painted.
If you would like your address and/or your last name to be written at the bottom of the portrait, please include that in your email and provide exact wording (EX: "The Hoebers, est. 2020)
